Refund Policy

Last updated: 16 June 2026

leftovr is free to start. Some features may be offered through an optional paid subscription (“leftovr+”). This policy explains how billing and refunds work for those purchases.

How purchases are made

All leftovr+ subscriptions are sold and processed through the app store you downloaded leftovr from — the Apple App Store or Google Play. leftovr does not store your payment details or charge your card directly; the app store is the merchant of record for every transaction.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel a subscription anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings.

Refunds

Because purchases are handled by the app stores, refunds are processed according to their policies, not directly by leftovr. To request a refund:

Approval and timing of any refund are determined by Apple or Google under their terms.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your country (for example, statutory withdrawal rights in the EU/EEA). Where those rights apply, they are in addition to the app-store process above.

Cancelling future charges

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current period. You keep access to leftovr+ until the end of the period you already paid for.

Questions

If something doesn’t look right with a charge, or you’re not sure how to request a refund, email us at support@twobricklabs.com and we’ll help point you in the right direction.

leftovr is currently free while we prepare for launch. This policy is published in advance so it’s in place before any paid features go live.
